Passed by this deli on the way to dinner. Was super excited to stop in and pick up some meat and cheese. The two stars are for the surprising and dissapointing encounter we had upon exiting the deli.
After choosing several cheeses and meats, I handed my money to the woman behind the counter and she became upset that I did not have an additional euro to make change for 17 cents (she didnt want to break 20 euro, which is the smallest bill I had) and promptly snatched my money out of my hand. She ignored us as we said thank you and goodbye.
Doesnt really matter how good the product is (its good...nothing amazing that you cant get at your standard US based grocer, at least in NY). That kind of customer service ensures that I'll go look for another deli.
